The 1942 Cleveland Indians finished with a record of 75-79. They scored 590 runs and belted 50 home runs to go along with a .253 batting average. The offense was powered by Les Fleming, who led the team with 14 home runs and 82 RBI. Ken Keltner led the team with 179 hits for a .287 average.
