The 1941 Pittsburgh Pirates finished with a record of 81-73. They scored 690 runs and belted 56 home runs to go along with a .268 batting average. The offense was powered by Vince DiMaggio, who led the team with 21 home runs and 100 RBI. Elbie Fletcher led the team with 150 hits for a .288 average.

The team allowed 643 runs and had a team ERA of 3.48. Max Butcher was the winningest pitcher, with 17 games won. Ken Heintzelman struck out 81 batters to lead the team.
