The 1937 St. Louis Cardinals finished with a record of 80-73. They scored 789 runs and belted 94 home runs to go along with a .282 batting average. The offense was powered by Joe Medwick, who led the team with 31 home runs, 154 RBI, and 237 hits.

The team allowed 733 runs and had a team ERA of 3.98. Lon Warneke was the winningest pitcher, with 18 games won. Dizzy Dean racked up 120 strkeouts to lead the team.
