The 1937 Cleveland Indians finished with a record of 83-71. They scored 817 runs and belted 103 home runs to go along with a .280 batting average. The offense was powered by Hal Trosky, who led the team with 32 home runs and 128 RBI. Moose Solters led the team with 190 hits for a .323 average.

The team allowed 767 runs and had a team ERA of 4.39. Johnny Allen and Mel Harder were tied for the team lead in wins with 15. Bob Feller struck out 150 batters to lead the team.
