The 1933 Pittsburgh Pirates finished with a record of 87-67. They scored 667 runs and belted 39 home runs to go along with a .285 batting average. Gus Suhr provided the power for the team with 10 homers. Arky Vaughan was the best run producer with 97 RBI. Paul Waner led the team with 191 hits for a .309 average.

The team allowed 619 runs and had a team ERA of 3.27. Larry French led the pitching staff with 18 wins and 88 strikeouts.
