The 1927 St. Louis Browns finished with a record of 59-94. They scored 724 runs and belted 55 home runs to go along with a .276 batting average. Ken Williams led the team in home runs with 17. The offense was powered by George Sisler, who led the team with 97 RBI and 201 hits.

The team allowed 904 runs and had a team ERA of 4.95. Milt Gaston led the pitching staff with 13 wins and 77 strikeouts.
