The 1925 Philadelphia Athletics finished with a record of 88-64. They scored 831 runs and belted 76 home runs to go along with a .308 batting average. The offense was powered by Al Simmons, who led the team with 24 home runs, 129 RBI, and 253 hits.

The team allowed 713 runs and had a team ERA of 3.87. Leading the team in wins was Eddie Rommel, with 21. Lefty Grove racked up 116 strkeouts to lead the team.
