The 1921 New York Yankees finished with a record of 98-55. They scored 948 runs and belted 134 home runs to go along with a .300 batting average. The offense was powered by Babe Ruth, who led the team with 59 home runs, 171 RBI, and 204 hits.

The team allowed 706 runs and had a team ERA of 3.82. Leading the team in wins was Carl Mays, with 27. Bob Shawkey struck out 126 batters to lead the team.
