The 1921 Cleveland Indians finished with a record of 94-60. They scored 925 runs and belted 42 home runs to go along with a .308 batting average. Elmer Smith led the team in home runs with 16. The offense was powered by Larry Gardner, who led the team with 120 RBI and 187 hits.

The team allowed 709 runs and had a team ERA of 3.90. Stan Coveleski led the pitching staff with 23 wins and 99 strikeouts.
