The 1920 Washington Senators finished with a record of 68-84. They scored 725 runs and belted 36 home runs to go along with a .290 batting average. The offense was powered by Braggo Roth, who led the team with 9 home runs and 92 RBI. Sam Rice led the team with 211 hits for a .338 average. Sam Rice had a great year on the basepaths with 63 stolen bases.

The team allowed 797 runs and had a team ERA of 4.17. Tom Zachary was the winningest pitcher, with 15 games won. Jim Shaw struck out 88 batters to lead the team.
