The 1920 St. Louis Browns finished with a record of 76-77. They scored 797 runs and belted 50 home runs to go along with a .308 batting average. The offense was powered by George Sisler, who led the team with 19 home runs, 257 hits. Baby Doll Jacobson and George Sisler were tied for the team lead in RBI with 122. George Sisler had a great year on the basepaths with 42 stolen bases.

The team allowed 771 runs and had a team ERA of 4.03. Urban Shocker led the pitching staff with 20 wins and 107 strikeouts.
