The 1920 Philadelphia Athletics finished with a record of 48-106. They scored 558 runs and belted 44 home runs to go along with a .252 batting average. The offense was powered by Tilly Walker, who led the team with 17 home runs and 82 RBI. Joe Dugan led the team with 158 hits for a .322 average.

The team allowed 832 runs and had a team ERA of 3.92. Scott Perry was the winningest pitcher, with 11 games won. Rollie Naylor racked up 90 strkeouts to lead the team.
