The 1919 St. Louis Browns finished with a record of 67-72. They scored 535 runs and belted 31 home runs to go along with a .264 batting average. The offense was powered by George Sisler, who led the team with 10 home runs, 83 RBI, and 180 hits.

The team allowed 562 runs and had a team ERA of 3.13. Allen Sothoron led the pitching staff with 20 wins and 106 strikeouts.
