The 1914 Washington Senators finished with a record of 81-72. They scored 572 runs and belted 18 home runs to go along with a .244 batting average. Howie Shanks led the team in home runs with 4. Chick Gandil knocked in 75 runs. Eddie Foster led the team with 174 hits for a .282 average. Clyde Milan had a great year on the basepaths with 38 stolen bases.

The team allowed 519 runs and had a team ERA of 2.54. Walter Johnson led the pitching staff with 28 wins and 225 strikeouts.
