The 1911 Boston Rustlers finished with a record of 44-107. They scored 699 runs and belted 37 home runs to go along with a .267 batting average. The offense was powered by Doc Miller, who led the team with 7 home runs, 91 RBI, and 192 hits. Bill Sweeney had a great year on the basepaths with 33 stolen bases.

The team allowed 1021 runs and had a team ERA of 5.08. Buster Brown was the winningest pitcher, with 8 games won. Lefty Tyler struck out 90 batters to lead the team.
