The 1910 St. Louis Browns finished with a record of 47-107. They scored 454 runs and belted 12 home runs to go along with a .218 batting average. Art Griggs, Roy Hartzell, Pat Newnam, and Al Schweitzer were tied for the team lead in home runs with 2. The offense was powered by George Stone, who led the team with 40 RBI and 144 hits.

The team allowed 742 runs and had a team ERA of 3.09. Joe Lake led the pitching staff with 11 wins and 141 strikeouts.
