The 1907 Cincinnati Reds finished with a record of 66-87. They scored 524 runs and belted 15 home runs to go along with a .247 batting average. John Kane and Mike Mitchell were tied for the team lead in home runs with 3. John Ganzel was the best run producer with 64 RBI. Mike Mitchell led the team with 163 hits for a .292 average.

The team allowed 519 runs and had a team ERA of 2.41. Andy Coakley and Bob Ewing were tied for the team lead in wins with 17. Bob Ewing led the team with 147 strikeouts.
