The 1903 St. Louis Browns finished with a record of 65-74. They scored 500 runs and belted 12 home runs to go along with a .244 batting average. Jesse Burkett and Charlie Hemphill were tied for the team lead in home runs with 3. The offense was powered by John Anderson, who led the team with 78 RBI and 156 hits.
