The 1893 Philadelphia Phillies finished with a record of 72-57. They scored 1011 runs and belted 80 home runs to go along with a .301 batting average. The offense was powered by Ed Delahanty, who led the team with 19 home runs and 146 RBI. Sam Thompson led the team with 222 hits for a .370 average. Billy Hamilton had a great year on the basepaths with 43 stolen bases.

The team allowed 841 runs and had a team ERA of 4.68. Gus Weyhing led the pitching staff with 23 wins and 101 strikeouts.
