The 1892 Philadelphia Phillies finished with a record of 87-66. They scored 860 runs and belted 50 home runs to go along with a .262 batting average. Roger Connor provided the power for the team with 12 homers. The offense was powered by Sam Thompson, who led the team with 104 RBI and 186 hits. Billy Hamilton had a great year on the basepaths with 57 stolen bases.

The team allowed 690 runs and had a team ERA of 2.93. Gus Weyhing led the pitching staff with 32 wins and 202 strikeouts.
