The 1890 Philadelphia Phillies finished with a record of 78-54. They scored 823 runs and belted 23 home runs to go along with a .269 batting average. Jack Clements led the team in home runs with 7. The offense was powered by Sam Thompson, who led the team with 102 RBI and 172 hits. Billy Hamilton had a great year on the basepaths with 102 stolen bases.
