Here's the deal. These aren't songs that you hear at the stadium or on jock jams. This is a list of the best songs ABOUT sports or players. Here's my list. Add you favorites.

Alex, you should do a list of the best obscure sports songs. Stuff about Snooker, Chess, Rugby, Futbol; Australian Rules Football, Hurling, Curling, Midget Tossing, etc.

There are loads of football ones... "Three Lions" is probably the most famous. One of the lyrics constantly change, yet everybody knows them! (The line "40 years of hurt relates to World Cup 1966, when England won. So at Euro 2008 it'll be "no more years of hurt" (to fit the syllables), but by Euro 2016 it'll be fifty of hurt... I'll get an associate to do that, he'll probably know a bit more about it.

Neither of them are about sports. They are played at sporting events, but they are not about sports. Pressure does have 1 line about baseball, but I don't think it is enough to make it about sports.
