Welcome back everyone to Game Seven of the 2021 World Series. It has a been a great series between the American League's New York Yankees and the National League's San Francisco Giants. This is the first time since 2003 that the Yankees have made a appearance in the World Series, and are looking for their first victory in the World Series since 2000. The San Fransisco Giants are looking for their fifth consecutive victory. Now as I said this series has been fantastic. The Yankees are the first team since the 2017 Miami Sharks not to be swept in the World Series by the Giants. The Yankees did this by winning the first two games of the series, however the Giants won all three at Yankee Memorial Stadium and lost Game Six. This is the first time a the World Series has gone to game seven since that 2017 World Series that the Giants won. This game was very close until the Yankees scored three runs in the top of the ninth. Now here we are at Bonds Field, Game Seven of the 2021 World Series, bottom of the ninth with two outs. Clay McDice is up to bat for the Giants with the bases loaded. Can he pull this off? Can he blast a homer out of this ballpark to score those four runs needed to win. Is he ready for something he has never done in his amazing career, a Walk-Off Grand Slam? Remember in the 170 total games he started and played this season he set a single season homerun record at 80, blasting passed the former holder Barry Bonds, stated George Martin one of the two commentators of the 2021 World Series along with Roger Clemens. And he is coming out of the dugout, McDice, Clay McDice receives a shower of applaudes, a standing ovation. This stadium is extremely loud! McDice has not played since the final game of the regular season which he was suposedly injured in. After this long break is he ready? exclaimed Clemens as McDice approached the plate.
Above him stood 20,000, of what should have been an 80,000 fan packed house, cheering, roaring, screaming fans dying to see a walk off. We love you Clay!, yelled a croud of young woman obssesed with him. Hit it to the cove Dice Man, shouted another group. It was make it or break it. This was his 20th World Series Game. Dice stepped up to the plate, his eyes were wide open, he swung the bat getting ready for a big one, hit the plate once, twice, three times with his bat. He was now ready. No Clay had never bashed a Walk-Off Grand Slam yet he had plenty of Walk-Off's and Grand Slams. Can he do this? That was the question in every baseball fans hearts, which at this point their were not to many.
Thirty-five year old, Koby Clemens is up to pitch. Koby the son of Roger here is no doubt one of the best all time pitchers. Alright lets do this. Koby is in his motion, shoots, ba-da-bing! Strike One! exclaimed Martin. Whatever you pinstriped ass, Clay whispered to himself. On the following pitch from Clemens, Clay swung, hit, foul ball. On pitch number three Koby swung but did not hit, it was called ball. Pitch four, strike two. Pitch five goes down in foul territory.
This is it, a 3-2 pitch, one final swing will decide this game. It is make it or break it for the Dice. This is the final pitch of the game no doubt about it. Koby Clemens is in his pitching motion, batter up! He shoots, Koby hits, its going, its going, Jesus Christ its going all the way! Walk-Off Grand Slam for Clay McDice and it could'nt have come at a better time, this ball is kayaking! God it is out of McCovey Cove, look at the those fans swiming out to get it! Their you have it all four players score, the Giants win their fifth consecutive World Series off of a Clay McDice Walk-Off Grand Slam! That is right, 3-2 pitch with two outs in the bottom of the ninth and Clay McDice hits a Walk-Off Grand Slam for four runs! The San Fransisco Giants defeat the New York Yankees 4-3 the same win-loss record of this series, now the Giants are champions! This is the San Fransisco Giants fifth straight championship, their tenth in the 138 year franchise history and their fifth in the city of San Fransisco. Thirteen years after the Bonds era was over, ten years after Bonds became the Giants manager, seven years since the Giants were a franchise again they are the modern day franchise. How many more can the Giants win? Will their be repeat again next year? We will just have to wait and find out. Now it is time for the trophy presentation. said George Martin in a entusiastic tone. Wow their is just something about this team, just something about Clay McDice. claimed Roger Clemens in a deep concerned voice.
Out came the commisioner, Commisioner David Ortiz steped onto the field to present the World Series Trophy to the champions again. Amazing that in his six years as commisioner, the Giants had won five World Series. Seems he was getting tired of presenting the trophy to the same team every year, he was not a big fan of the giants but instead of the Red Sox where he won the World Series in 2004, and then back to back with the Sox in 2007 and 2008.
As the commisioner of Major League Baseball It is a honor for me to present the World Series Trophy for the fifth straight year to the San Fransisco Giants! They are champions again! exclaimed Ortiz in the presentation ceremony. Fans however seemed not to care, the ones their cheered, but most would leave before the players entered the lockers. So congratulations to the San Fransisco Giants, the players, coaches, staff, owners, and especially these fans! exclaimed Ortiz despite at this point their were one thousand fans left in Bonds Field and most were walking out. It was very dissapoiting.
The season was disgraceful, this MLB season received the worst average ratings per game for a full season in MLB history. The World Series was the worst rated World Series ever and had the worst attendance in the World Series and the season average. Football as usuall ruled followed by Basketball and in the recent decade Hockey just shot up the charts. Kids weren't playing baseball in their streets, they rather play Cricket. Everything was a mess. Ever since the Giants started winning like crazy back in 2015 and 2016 everything changed, for the worst.
As the Giants and their manager Barry Bonds went into the Clubhouse for the afterparty the stands were cleared. Unlike other World Series the cleanup wouldn't be to big, their was hardly anyone there. The team entered the clubhouse and sat to here Bonds Speach.
Well, you boys have gone and done it again. I knew this was our year. I knew it! Every year is our year we just need to focus! Who do you thinks going to hold that trophy next year? questioned Bonds to the whole team. We are! the team replied. Who? I cannot hear you! We are, we will! Good, now who is the best? We are the best! That is right. That is god damn right! Five straight! Five straight championships! Seven Straight NLCS appearances! Nine straight ALDS appearances! We are truly the god damn best! Than in the clubhouse music was heard, We're the best, around, and nothings gonna ever keep you down..., all the players knew this song, they had heard it before. Everyone in the clubhouse than started singing and dancing in almost perfect coordination and repeating the verses continuously as if they were drunk, We're the best, around! And nothing's gonna ever keep us down, we're the best, around! And nothings gonna ever keep us down... Come on boys, lets go get hammered, drinks on me! exclaimed Bonds as if he was already wasted. Hells yeah! shouted the rest of the Giants squad.
At least now it was over. See in 2013 things changed in baseball, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays were relocated and the Florida Marlins became the Miami Sharks. Also 10 new expansion teams began play in 2013, Mexico City, Tijuana, Montreal, Vancouver, and Ontario were the five new out of country expansion franchises. This year also marked than 50 year old Barry Bonds return to baseball, as manager of the San Fransisco Giants. Ever since Bonds retired after 2008 the Giants never made the playoffs, they hardly made the playoffs when Bonds played. However Bonds led the Giants to the best record in the NL and the third best record in the MLB.
November came around, the Off-Season began. Time for players to get a big bonus, a new contract, free agency, trading, all this stuff. However this off-season was different. It created the greatest scandal and controversy in Baseball history. On November 29th, 2021, just one month after the Giants won the World Series they were in the spotlight again, not for sucess, for conspiracy. Major League Baseball Commisioner David Ortiz ordered a full team drug test to take place. No players could be on any performance enhancing drugs, steroids, or any form of illegal drugs. Well a large amount of members of the Giants squad came out positive. Some were positive on more than one drug. The one player who was a big time abuser, for more than a single year, Clay McDice.
When the drug tests came in it revealed that 66% of all players on the team were abusers of some sort of drugs. About 40% of these players were on Performance enhancing drugs. Clay McDice was big time. From growth hormones, steroids, testosterone, he was using everything, he also showed up positive for use of Cocaine, Marijuana, and even Heroin. On December 6th, the day after the results came in a second test was ordered to be done to make sure the results were correct, the test results were the same as the first. On December 11th, the Giants owner Kurt DeCambiano revealed the names of the players using the drugs as well as revealing which drugs were used.
On December 12th, Commisioner Ortiz ordered mandatory drug testing for every single player on every team in the Majors. The results were far from what Ortiz was hoping for. Combining the 66% of abusers from the San Fransisco Giants with the rest of the league, a total of 40% of all Major Leaguer's were on some sort of drug, about 38% of that 40% were using performance enhancing drugs. When this news came in to the public on December 19th Major League Basenall, its staff, players, and of course the Commissioner were hit hard.
On December 20th the Feds got involved in the crisis, a massive investigation began. It was the largest investigations in sports history and one of the largest conducted in history. Still, after a large amount of time knowing of the Giants drug abusers and the leagues drug abusers, the league continued to sit around and melt under the pressure to act now.
On December 22nd Commissioner Ortiz called a emergency press conference. He claim he was doing the best he could but the MLB still had to make a decision on what must be done. During this conference a large workers strike commenced, they were calling for Ortiz to resign so a new strong comissioner could take the seat. As he was told about the strikes in a question by a reporter he said No comment, and left the conference. However this strike would just get worst. On December 26th the MLB Players Association demanded that action be taken against the drug abusers. The strike was massive and it now called for the all out resignment of Ortiz.
December 31st, 2021, 05:00 PM, New York City, Comissioner David Ortiz calls a emergency press conference. Ortiz walks out on stage, the press are ready for a major announcment. Due to the recent events of the last month, I have made my decision on the necesary action. I, David Ortiz, Comissioner of Major League Baseball has made the official decision to resign my position. It is done, I am officially retired. As my last act, I would like to introduce the new comissioner of Major League Baseball who promises to immediatly challenge these abusers, Frank Thomas.
Applause, massive applause, Ortiz was gone and now baseball was suppose to be better. Ortiz had been the commissioner for six years and during those years alleged uses of drugs and performance enhancing drugs rose, criminal activity amongst players rose. In other words a lot of people playing Ortiz for the failures of baseball during the last six years. Frank Thomas however was great, he received a bombshell of applause and congradulations, even thank you's for finally getting rid of Ortiz.
Hello to you all, you may know me as the hall of famer the Big Hurt, Frank Thomas. Will as of today I am Comissioner Frank Thomas, and I shall make up for the mistakes that David Ortiz made during his time in office. Officially as of tomorrow at this time every player who was found using drugs of any sort will receive a one year suspension, that is not the final however. That just ensures they wont be playing this season and for some, never again. The Judicial Department will carry out its on investigation preparing to indict and convict many players. Trust me this is not the end, many more shall be punished. I have decided to launch a personal investigation by Major League Baseball on Barry Bonds. It seems suspicious that two-thirds of the Giants team is using drugs, of any sort. said Frank Thomas. Comissioner Thomas, are you thus blaming Bonds for handing out drugs to the giants team members? asked a reporter. Partially, yes. Remember most of that 66% were using performance enhancing drugs, about 91% of the Giants who were on any drugs were using performance enhancing drugs. answered Thomas. If you discover Bonds or any other manager or staff member of the MLB is involved in handing drugs out to players or even doing drugs themselves how will you deal with them? questioned a reporter. Well, they will definetly be looking at severe penalties. They may possibly lose their jobs depending on the amount of damage they did. Clay McDice is known as the Big Boy right now becuase he is known to be on more drugs than any player. Steroids, testorone, performance enhancing hormones, than you have Cocaine, Marijuana, Heroin, and even LSD. These drugs are life threatening. He is only twenty-six, he clearly needs help. Do you plan to deal with him in any specific way? Definetly, right now he may be looking at being expelled from the MLB and hopefully even the Minors. I am very upset with him. Remember this is not the first time hes been accused with criminal charges. Back in 2018 he was accused for possesion of Cocaine and Marijuana, later that year he was accused for rape, in 2019 he was accused for sexual harrasment, just last year he was charged with assault. All these charges dropped. Well this time I am not going to put up with this. Sir, you know this could very well end the so called Dynasty of the San Fransisco Giants. It should! The Giants have won all these years due to steroids and other performance enhancing drugs. Clay McDice comes up to sixty homers a year since he began playing in his third season. He clearly has been on steroids for years. I will not sit back and allow this to happen. I do not have time for more questions I must deal with this situation. Thank you, goodbye. closed Thomas as he walked off the podium.
Later that night...11:44PM, San Fransisco, Clay McDice's New Year's party at his mansion. Hell's yeah mother f@#^a! Yo Tedy! I am so f&#@%$g wasted! yelled Clay McDice. Clay, theirs a big problem. said Tedy. Hold up man, the stripers are getting low! Yeah, shake it baby. Oh yeah. said Clay. In the background the classic song Like This was playing. Dear lord. said Tedy to himself. Yeah! said Clay. Than the strippers began singing, more than a few to Clay, Baby do you want it like this, like this, like this, like this, like this, like this, like this. Hells yeah ho, do you want it like this! Ha Ha! I'm rich b^#@h! yelled Clay. ...like this, like this, like this, like this, like this! went the lyrics. Shake it girl! exclaimed Clay. Clay, god damn, we got suspended! yelled Tedy. Dude, shut the f&#k up, your so drunk! I have't drinking anything since I got here! Than go do so, look theirs some patron, taqueila, hell get whatever you want, go! Get Drunk! ...baby do you want it like this, like this, like this, like this, like this, like this, like this... continued the song. Tedy than decided to leave and go home.
The next day, Clay McDice lays sleeping on his bathroom floor surrounded by dry, smelly vomit. He hears his phone ringing and runs to his room to grab it. Dude, what the hell do you want. I have the biggest hangover ever. I think I am going to die from alchohol poisoning. Clay, I tried to tell you yesterday but you were so damn wasted! We just got suspended by the new comish! For the season, and we might get suspended longer. He said especially you! exclaimed Tedy over the phone. Are you shitin with me! replied Clay in anger. No, David Ortiz resigned yesterday and Frank Thomas became the new comish. He suspended everyone who was using drugs for one year but said many especially you as I said could be suspended for more, maybe even expelled. Jesus christ...God... ...theirs more. Theirs search warrants, for all players of the Giants, drug users or not, they just entered Barry Bond's house right now. Guaranteed your next. F@!k. At that moment Clay drops to the ground. Clay! Clay! Are you their, are you alright! O.D.! Call...help! Clay was having a overdose, it finally kicked in, the decade of drugs and alchohol had caught up. Clay! Jesus Christ! Tedy dials 911, Hello, listen Clay McDice is having a overdose he just passed out on the phone with me. Please send someone to his house!
The ambulance arrived half a hour later, Clay had been long dead. Their was no saving him. At this moment the Giants died, Barry Bonds was arrested for possesion of more than half of dozen types of performance enhancing drugs and memos, proof, of him supplying it to members of the Giants team. Tedy was arrested for possesion of Marijuana and Cocaine. All players who were abusing any form of drugs were all arrested, Clay was dead, Barry was arrested as well. The Dynasty had collapsed. Now, it was anyones game.
On January 2nd, Comissioner Thomas called a emergency Press conference. He declared all suspensions were raised to two years so people would realized that the MLB was not messing around. Major League Baseball is quick to make its first decision on major suspensions. We have made the decision to expell Barry Bonds from Major League Baseball, he cannot and will not manage, own, or be involved in anything Major League Baseball. Barry will also be facing major drug charges with the federal government.
Every player on that Giants dynasty who had ever done anything huge during the last seven seasons was on steroids. Now the clean ones were in for the Giants, they were starting now. The Giants had no manager, much of the staff resigned to avoid critism, and now rumors commenced of the fall of the dynasty. Thomas refused to take away the Giants World Series victories, however he made every player who was on any drugs return their rings, trophies, even Most Valuable Player Awards. To some this may have been seen as the rise of the Majors, the return of the game, it wasn't. This just made people realize how doped out baseball was. At the rate that everything was going, the draft, fans, merchandise, the MLB would be dissolved and abanodoned within five years or less.
By early-January, most teams began their Off-Season despite the crisis continuing. On January 31st the policy was ultimized. Anyone who was actively using drugs would receive a two year suspension. They had a good chance of playing again after their suspension was complete if they completed rehab and stayed off drugs, otherwise they would never play again. Also Thomas decided all drug abusers caught would serve two year suspensions to understand the severity of the situation. Barry Bonds and five other managers were expelled from the MLB for giving steroids and other drugs to their players as well as using drugs themselves. Many staff members and officials were suspended or expelled as well. Every single player, manager, staff, anyone found with drugs, suspended or not, were under major investigation by the FBI and the DEA. Many players were facing major criminal charges and some large time.
On February 1st, 2022 Commissioner Thomas announced that for now this crisis was finished, the new steroid policy and suspension/expelsion policy was installed and brought fear to many players, and boredome to many fans. Spring Training was about to kick off, the teams were training up, the Off-Season was finishing off. Now all that was left in the crisis was, the feds.
February 3rd...Barry Bonds Mansion...Los Angeles, California...6:45AM...Barry Bonds is taking a shower. Barry, now officially retired thinks about whats happened still after a month. With a sudden sound three FBI agents break down Bonds bathroom door and take the near sixty year old out of the shower and commence in arresting him. Barry Bonds, you are under arrest, you have the right to remain silent... said and continued a FBI Agent. Soon huge secret compartments of drugs, guns, and money were found. Barry would have to plead guilty and accept the smallest punishment possible. Across the nation, every indicted player, staff, or MLB Personal were arrested. Many facing years, and years in prison. The largest bust in history was made. Their was more than drugs and steroids going on in The Bigs now. This brought massive controversy, yet sparked a new, deadly interest in baseball for many.
It was done, nobody knew what this meant, was it good for baseballs future or bad. Did this mean a new fanship, or just violence? The new era of baseball was going to start. It would all begin in Spring Training were a few greats would be introduced. Spring Training now began in early February. This was the beggining, of the greatest season ever...

But there are two mistakes here: There are three strikes before he hits the walk off. 1st pitch, 2nd pitch (foul ball), and the fourth pitch. So, Yankees really won. :P
Secondly, Roger Clemens is not announcing, he's still pitching in 2021.
